Amelie

January 31, 2010

Isn’t she just delightful? Amelie came to visit with me when she was 3 weeks old. This little bub came earlier than expected and for her mummy, that was a good thing, she was born at a very healthy 3.77kg!!

I first met Lauren and Torben on their wedding day. It’s really lovely for me to capture the first photos of a family, and then be a part of that family as it grows. I hope you enjoy the photos.

You could spend the whole day looking at her, and being the wakeful little thing she is, she’d probably be looking at you too!

Torben has to be one of the happiest dads EVER!

And mummy is so proud, and seriously, how cool is Amelies hair!

You would have to say that Amelie is smiling in this photo!!

She was a little trickster to get to sleep. I got to have lots of cuddles!!

Tristen and Brett | wedding

January 28, 2010

Tristen and Brett were married in the beautiful grounds of the Alumy Creek Reserve, Grafton. They said their vows in front of their family and friends in the shade of the gorgeous trees that were the back drop to the ceremony.

My day started with the boys. Being October in Grafton, the Jacaranda trees were in full flower and spent blooms carpeted the ground:

The boys were an energetic lot!

The little flower girl was an absolute delight;

Tristen had themed their wedding with a mix of pink and white, and her stunning pink gown and veil complemented the look perfectly.

After the ceremony we took the bridal party photos on the grounds of the reserve:

As the sunset over the paddocks behind the marquee, I could hear the sounds of love and laughter as Tristen and Brett celebrated their first night as husband and wife. Congratulations!!

Until next time,
